Our campaign is rooted in values. Our core values define our principle culture set on this campaign. They are divided into three categories: Authenticity, Progressive Vision, and Method.

Authenticity

Honesty: Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It's about being real with yourself and others about who you are, what you want and what you need to be productive. Honesty promotes openness, empowers us, and enables us to develop consistency in how we present the facts.

Transparency: Transparency means operating in a way that creates openness between team members. This type of openness between teams creates trust and leads to a successful organization.

Accountability: Accountability means more than just doing our job. It includes an obligation to make things better and to further the goals of our organization. Being accountable means that we are answerable for our actions and the actions of our teams.

Integrity: Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

Progressive Vision

Empathy: Empathy allows us to connect with each other and to understand and share in our humanity. Empathy gives us common ground to allow each other to be truly heard and listened to.

Respect: Respect is the acknowledgment in attitude and conduct of the dignity of others. Respect guides our interactions and our politics.

Inclusion: Inclusion fosters social acceptance for all. Everyone holds inherent value as they are, and we must ensure all feel that they belong.

Method

Fellowship: Fellowship is collaborating with others around a common goal. It emphasizes the unity of our team.

Action: Action is the ability to take the lead, to commit, and to make things happen by turning thoughts into action.

Empowerment: Empowerment is not only about having the tools to elevate ourselves, It is about working with others in our community to strengthen our collective agency and autonomy.
